All the information collected on this site is for So Cleans’ use in shipping orders. Your information will be stored securely, away from the public eye. We respect and value you as a customer, so your information will never be shared with other companies or individuals.

The pictures used throughout this site are for illustration purposes. Sometimes the picture is not of the exact model indicated, but is somewhat similar. If you find a picture out of place, please let us know.

Shipping Policy

We make every effort to pack your order properly. Once your order leaves us and is on its way to you, the shipping line is responsible for the careful handling of your order. Upon arrival carefully inspect the package for any signs of damage before you sign for the order. If there is damage, it should be noted on the paperwork before you sign for the package. If you don't check out the order when it arrives, and find out later that your order was damaged in transit, we have to go through the process of filing a claim for damages. Sometimes, if you let enough time pass or you don't save the box and the packing materials, that claim may be denied. No matter what happens, if you are unsure about what to do, contact us immediately. We will advise you whether or not to accept the package. If you suspect that there may be damage, we recommend that you open the package to complete your inspection. If the item is damaged, then these steps are taken. 1) a Damage Claim has to be filed by us on your behalf, and 2) the package has to be inspected by the carrier, and 3) we have to get an OK that the shipping company will take responsibility for the damage. Pictures are never a bad thing when filing a claim. This process usually takes about 2 business days to resolve. It is very important to check and note any damage before accepting an order.

So Clean Supply will not be responsible for delays in processing your order if the credit card billing and shipping information that you provide does not match the information on file with your credit card company. For your own security, most credit card companies maintain an "alternate address file" of authorized shipping addresses for their cardholders. To advise your credit card company of an authorized shipping address, please phone the number on the back of your credit card and they will update your "alternate address file" promptly.

Orders will be shipped within 24 hours by the best freight method available. Orders in by noon typically ship that same day.

The free freight excludes power wash trailers and tanks. Free Freight Offer applies to "ground" freight to commercial addresses in the lower 48 states only. Our free freight offer does not include express delivery, delivery notification, lift gate services, residential delivery, or any other additional-charge services. If you do not have a loading dock for receiving goods, you must select residential delivery on the shipping screen. There is a minor charge for lift gate services.

Return Policy

All Sales are final at So Clean Supply. Occasionally A Customer Might Wish To Return Or Exchange An Item, And We Have A Policy Covering That.

1. Customers may return an item for store credit only that has not been used in any way. Goods that have been installed or damaged or improperly handled cannot be returned. Electrical parts such as motors, electric burner igniters, transformers, burner assemblies, etc. cannot be returned.

2. Items for return must be in their original containers and complete with all parts and manuals usually provided with those items.

3. Credit for returned goods is a ‘store credit’ only – no cash refunds.

4. We are the final judges of the acceptability of any return item. We will only accept goods that we judge to be “re-sellable as new”.

Taxes

We are required by law to collect sales taxes for South Carolina residents only.

Order Acceptance

So Clean has the right to refuse any order for any reason.
